Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Bently88. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions. Bently88 reserves the right to investigate, suspend, and close any account suspected of being a duplicate, and all balances and winnings in such accounts will be forfeited without compensation.
Bently88 reserves the right to request identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) from members at any time. Required documents may include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a recent bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as per your MyKad, an active Malaysian mobile number, a valid email address, and your exact date of birth.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and Bently88 account login details. Use a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Bently88 will never request your password via phone, email, or any other communication channel.
Security Notice: If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the Bently88 support team immediately via live chat or email at support@bently88.ws. Change your password right away.
It is the member's responsibility to ensure all information in their account profile remains accurate and up to date. Any changes to phone numbers, email addresses, or banking details must be updated promptly via the account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
All financial transactions at Bently88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Bently88 does not accept or process any foreign currency.

The minimum deposit is RM10 and will be credited to your Bently88 account within 30 seconds of successful transaction verification. There is no maximum daily deposit limit for regular members, though limits may vary based on VIP tier.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your last deposit, or to a verified bank account on your profile. Bently88 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for amounts below RM10,000, and within 2 business hours for amounts exceeding that limit.
Members are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their withdrawal details. Bently88 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect withdrawal details submitted by members. If you notice any suspicious or unrecognised transactions on your account, please contact our support team immediately.
Bently88 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification (KYC), particularly for new accounts or accounts showing unusual activity. This is a standard security measure to protect our members.
Bently88 offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, VIP rewards, and special promotions tied to major sporting events such as the Thomas Cup, EPL, and IPL.
All cash bonuses and bonus credits awarded by Bently88 are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") as specified in the terms of the relevant promotion. The standard wagering requirement is between 5x and 20x of the bonus value, depending on the promotion type. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling at least RM1,000 before a withdrawal can be processed.
To meet bonus wagering requirements, bets placed must be at minimum odds of 1.50 for single Sports Betting, or a minimum of 1.30 for each selection in a parlay bet. Wagers on certain markets such as void bets or cancelled bets will not count towards the rollover calculation.
Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Only one active bonus is permitted at any one time in your Bently88 account.
Bently88 reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, bonus arbitrage, or any form of fraud designed to exploit Bently88's promotional programmes.
Sports Betting at Bently88 covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga), badminton (BWF World Tour, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup), cricket (ICC World Cup, IPL, Ashes), e-sports (MLBB, DOTA 2, CS2), and many more sports.
All betting outcomes are final based on official sources from the relevant tournament organiser. In the event of a discrepancy between sources, Bently88 reserves the right to make a final ruling deemed fair. Bets will be voided if a match is postponed by more than 24 hours from its originally scheduled time, unless the match proceeds within a period mutually agreed upon by both teams and the relevant sporting body.
Bently88 sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each market. These limits are subject to change depending on the match type, time of play, or the member's VIP status. Current bet limits will be displayed during the bet placement process.
Live casino games include Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, and Dragon Tiger. These games use a random number generator (RNG) or live dealers from licensed studios. All game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed once a round has concluded.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the Bently88 support team via live chat or email. All valid account balances (after deducting any bonus that has not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the member within 3 business days via their preferred payment method.
For members who wish to take a break from betting, Bently88 offers a temporary self-exclusion option (from 24 hours up to 6 months) or a permanent one. To activate self-exclusion, contact our customer support team or access the account settings within the platform. This decision is final and cannot be reversed during the specified period.
